3. 3. Account Security & User Responsibility

   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and ensuring that your OTP is not shared with others.

   
   
   • You accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.
   • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your mobile number or account.



4. 4. Services Offered

   • Rent, sell, or lease real estate properties.
   • List and browse properties, including houses, commercial buildings, and plots.
   • Communicate with property owners through chat features.
   • Property Owner’s contact details are provided to registered users for the purpose of inquiries



5. 5. Acceptable Use Policy

   You agree NOT to use the Services for:

   • Posting or facilitating transactions involving illegal substances.
   • Misclassifying property listings to manipulate visibility.
   • Harassing or sending spam/fake messages to other users or property owners.
   • Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating others.
   • Uploading gross, implicit content, or misleading data.
   • Reverse engineering, cloning, or copying the branding of the platform.

   Zero-Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user found posting illegal, offensive, pornographic, or harassing content will be banned immediately, and the content will be removed

6. 6. Property Listings & Ownership

   By posting a listing, you represent that

   • You have the legal rights to publish the content and sell/rent the property.
   • The listing is accurate and not misleading.
   • License: You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the listing to operate and promote the Services.
   • You may remove your listings at any time

7. 7. Plot Listings & Restricted Information

   For plots or certain property types involving intermediaries, only partial or limited data may be visible to users. This limitation exists to ensure privacy, security, or due to third-party involvement.

8. 8. Content Moderation & Administrative Edits

   We reserve the right to:

   • Edit or remove property listings, titles, descriptions, or images that violate our policies.
   • Contact you by phone to verify listing details.
   • Redact offensive, harmful, or misleading content.

   8.1 Reporting Objectionable Content

   Users may report offensive or inappropriate content directly through the 'Report' feature in the app or by contacting support. We review all reports within 24 hours and will remove content and eject users who violate these Terms

9. 9. Suspension & Termination of Account

   We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

   • Violate these Terms.
   • Engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
   • Post fraudulent, harmful, or offensive content.
   • Request account deletion.
   
   

   Upon Termination:

   • All data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
   • You may lose access to services and communication features.

10. 10. Data Retention & Deletion

    We retain user and property data for up to 60 days after submission, modification, or deletion. After that, data is removed from our servers.
    This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian data protection regulations.[Under Rule 3(1)(a) of the IT Rules, 2021]

11. 11. Support & Compensation

    • In case of issues, you should first contact our support team.
    • If the matter remains unresolved, we may offer a one-time maximum compensation of ₹200, at our sole discretion.
    • This is the full extent of our liability for such issues.

12. 12. Updates & Modifications to Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. 13. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

    All trademarks, logos, design elements, and branding on the Platform are our intellectual property. You agree not to:

    • Reverse engineer or replicate the brand.
    • Copy our website’s appearance, trademarks, or exact content
    • You may use similar layouts or design ideas if it helps your project, provided it does not infringe our intellectual property rights.

    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, and verify your personal information (including location and contact details)

    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

    • Verification Disclaimer: Listing verification is conducted via phone call only. We do not conduct physical site visits or inspections. We do not guarantee the physical condition, legal status, or existence of any property listed
    • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access or that the Services will be error-free.
    • We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. 16. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
    • Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms will not exceed ₹200.

17. 17. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mytrichyproperty.com, its administrators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

    • Your use of our Services.
    • Your content or listings.
    • Your violation of these Terms.

18. 18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
